After acquiring 776 East Fourth Street in South Boston, Massachusetts, Strawberry Hill Properties set forth to convert the 3,200 square foot residence into to two luxury condominiums. Each condominium offered three bedrooms, an open living room and kitchen with granite counters, a spa-like master bath, an advanced media & sound system, a rear deck, a patio and a roof deck with panoramic water views for the upper unit. SHP partnered with Cedarwood Development, a real estate development firm located in South Boston, to provide expert oversight for the restoration. Cedarwood has several years of successful restoration experience in South Boston as they have constructed or restored numerous properties in the area.
